This beautiful gin is made in a London Dry style, but because we are on African soil, we decided to call it African Dry. It is Juniper forward due to the higher percentage Juniper berries used with grapefruit and lemon flavours.
Natural imported Blue Pea flowers give an earthy undertone with the intense blue colour being an added benefit. The backbone of the gin is provided by the strong juniper and flower undertones supported by sweet notes of mandarin and grapefruit.
