This Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from Stellenbosch. A fine yet powerfully structured palate that fills the mouth with richness while balancing the fruit beautifully, progressing into a complex finish.
The wine was harvested from Wellington – known as the birthplace of vines in the Western Cape. Fertile soils and plentiful sunlight during the growing season attributed to the region’s success to produce superior quality grapes and wine.
To highlight the Barony Rosslyng Chardonnay’s expressive notes, the wine was left unoaked. This allows for the vibrant citrus, apple and gooseberry notes on the nose and creamy pineapple and ripe peaches on the palate.
