The Dark Side is well-structured, medium-bodied with intense berry flavours, well-supported by elegant, soft tannins.
The nose is perfumed with hints of prune, black cherry, coriander and dry
eucalyptus leaves. The palate is structured and broad with rich tannins.
Citrus, pear, peach and pineapple notes are only some of the aromas evident
in the aromatics of this wine. The palate boasts hints of citrus, litchi and
vanilla, while the finish is crisp with a well-defined acidity.
Colour: Deep gold.
Bouquet: Dried apricots, ripe yellow fruit with hints of peach.
Taste: Litchi, candied citrus with undertones of honeycomb. Fresh
full palate.This wine pairs well with puddings, cheese platters or butternut
soup.

its appealing colour, enticing aromas and vibrant mouthfeel, this wine is
made to please. Marmalade and honeycomb aromas with a hint of ginger
are all prominent on the nose,
On the nose this wine shows a distinctive spiciness with undertones of fresh
cherries and strawberry cordial. The palate boasts ample fruit and charisma,
with a luscious tannin structure which will evolve in taste and texture over the
coming years.
This exquisite wine reflects the power of diversity shouldering up together to
create something beautiful. Aromas of citrus, passion fruit, litchi and white
pear is evident on the nose. The palate is rich with vanilla and ends with a
crisp acidity.
‘The nose is spicy with hint of white pepper, cloves, fresh tobacco and violets.
The palate shows tones of mulberries, cherries and fynbos, while the structure
is broad with delicate tannins and a fresh aftermath.
Loads of berry and cherry flavours on the nose, leading into dark chocolate and coco beans. The palate is light and flavourful, cassis, dark berries, and a hint of vanilla and classic Cabernet Sauvignon tannins.
Pear, melon, and peach on the nose, followed by lime, baked apple and caramel on the palate. The wine is light on its feet, yet full of flavour, with great structure and support on the mid-palate. It has a long, dry finish with a lingering fresh acid
