On the nose rich dark chocolate and powerful freshly brewed coffee styling, with a hint of mint and baked plums. The palate shows distinct characters of coffee and chocolate, which is balanced with smooth velvety tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
This wine has a light yellow colour with a green tinge. The Diemersfontein Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh acidity and a delightful spectrum of ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, ending with zingy lime, a textured mouthfeel.

The resulting wine is viscous, aromatic and balanced. It is a wine for ageing atleast five years before opening.

creamy on the palate, the overall impression is more of spice
than texture. Savory, fine, and persistent.
