The Bridge of Hope Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and full-bodied wine with a generous core of dark berry fruit.
It is a well-balanced wine with firm tannins. Luscious, smooth texture with evocative spice from French oak ageing on the aftertaste.
The fruit for our 2023 Chenin Blanc was sourced from unirrigated old bush vines growing in the Swartland region of the Western Cape of South Africa. Each site contributes a different flavour profile to the final blend as it grows on diverse soil ty
The wine will develop beautifully over the next 5 years. It has an intense deep red colour. On the nose aromas of rich black fruits, mulberries & cherries arise.
The palate shows juicy fresh fruits, among them plums, cherries and bramble-berries.
A well-balanced single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine has a dark, rich colour with billowing blackberry fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco and cloves, with a soft minty finish.
