Tasting Notes: The nose is complex, fresh with lemon & citrus blossom. The palate is medium bodied, balanced with lingering limey texture rounded up with integrated oak.
100% Chardonnay
A typical champagne colour, with a very fine,lively mousse. The nose has Granny Smith apple fruit complemented by yeasty dough and biscuit aromas. The palate is as lively, with a creamy balanced finish.
Nose: Mulberries and whiffs of cinnamon, dried herbs & liquorice with very subtle spices in the background.
Palate: Forward fruit at first, structured mid-palate, with lovely elegance, finishing with silky savoury tannins.
