The character is expectedly somewhat “wild” a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus.
Four unique cultivars produce a complex & varied bouquet with characteristics of all.
Flavours of plums + violet on the nose are followed by a palate showing a distinct mintiness.

The wine has a deep, dark colour. Concentrated aromas of ripe cherries, mulberry, plums + tobacco leaf on the nose with olive-like nuances.
The wine has a refreshing acidity as well as a lingering length on the finish.
White peach and watermelon flavours that lead to flavours of apricot and pineapple with a touch of lemon zest that lingers on a flinty and textured finish.
