Nothing but fruit is the key word here. It has lots of strawberries, raspberries, ripe cherries and some hints of pineapple on the nose.
On the palate it is creamy with a medium acidity and low alcohol.
The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc show complexity on the nose with hints of Grapefruit, granadilla, blackcurrant & guava on the nose.
On the palate the fresh acidity gives its backbone, with a very slight tannin structure that makes this wine fuller.
