Deep dark colour. Fantastic nose with wild spices, blackberry & sour cherries evident.
Beautiful balance with enough juicy tannins and structure to last 6 – 10 years after the vintage.
Dark red colour. An array of flavour with “cassis”, wild spice, leather & some tomato cocktail evident. The wood is still very prominent.
Lots of potential for further ageing. On the palate some good ripe tannins.
Drink 2 -8 years after vintage.
Soft, juicy tannins with lovely spice and a balanced lingering aftertaste.
No greenness at all and quite full bodied for a Merlot. Enjoy now but with enough structure and complexity to age 4 – 6 years.
