Full malolactic fermentation attributes palate weight, with a lingering, lively aftertaste.
Good expression of cool area Pinotage. Red fruits & black cherry combined with hints of toasty oak dominate on the nose.
The entry on the palate is silky with elegant tannins; typical of Durbanville terroir.
The wine has a straw coloured hue. Due to differential picking, the grapes impart a wide spectrum of flavours to the wine, ranging from green pepper and green fig to passion fruit and guava.
Tropical fruit dominates on the palate .
Used for stable phalangeal fractures, not involving the joints or interphalangeal dislocations involving a volar plate injury.
Primary coagulant for industrial effluent. Neutralises negative charges on suspended & colloidal matter to produce compact flocs for easy removal by either settlement or flotation processes and promotes more efficient sludge digestion & dewatering.
