Starting with the design process, hats are then manufactured step-by-step by blocking (shaping) the right hat shape and size, followed by the sewing & finishing processes to complete the finished hat. We believe in supporting local talent and we're committed to using decorative materials sourced within our borders wherever possible, like sourcing leather from local tanneries.
