Full Bodied,deep, dark red with plum core. Plum & black currant fruit, dark chocolate,blue berry – hints of vanilla and some light spice. Dark smooth fruit with well rounded tannin structure. Aged in French barrels for 16-24 months.
Fresh lemony citrus notes with creamy oak, buttery and flinty. Creamy textured with elegant fruit finish. Medium body . Fermented in 100% New French oak – aged for 9 months.
An elegant Cap Classique with a light golden hue and fine persis tent mousse.
Attractive white pear notes makes a grand entrance with delectable biscotti flavours
that coats the palate. Refined, yet complexed textures.
Light salmon pink colour. Nose of violets , citrus and peach blossoms. The aromatic power of the Shiraz Rosé – sweet fruit and floral notes, creating a rich and subtle wine.
Early harvested lighter styled. Vibrant and fresh with hints of grapefruit, guava and passion fruit; balanced acidity compliments the ripe apple and pear notes. Some mineral flintiness prevails with fresh finish.
Dark plummy hue. Liquorice with some white pepperspice and a savoury aroma. Fruity with firm tannins adding some weight with red fruit on the finish. The wine shows good balance and elegance. Aged in French barrels for 16-24 months.
