The grapes were harvested at 23 degrees balling and 10% was whole bunch fermented. Fermentation lasted 10 days after which aging took place in old oak barrels for 11 months. The wine is fresh, elegant and fruit driven.

Made in rich and ripe wooded style, fermented and matured in 500L French Oak Barrels for 10 months with selected wine yeasts. Light gold, fruit salad on the nose. Rich and creamy on the palate, pineapple, stewed fruit and dried apricot.
Deep garnet with a purple core. Blackberry, Capsicum, tomato leaf and cigar box on the nose. Palate is rich, powerful and layered. Age for ages. Serve with dishes such as beef korma, spiced ostrich steak or oxtail casserole.
