An abundance of intense tropical fruit flavours seize the spotlight. You’ll revel in the lush richness of ripe mango, the vivacity of zesty pineapple, and mouthwatering papaya.
Boasting a ruby colour with aromas of red berries, floral notes, and a touch of earthiness. On the palate, flavours of ripe raspberries and cranberries with a hint of herbs. Soft tannins and a refreshing finish.
The nose entices with aromas of super ripe black cherry, plum, dark chocolate, and a hint of Indian spice, paving the way for an explosion of black forest fruit flavours on the palate.

Serve at 15–18°C. Rolled pork loin stuffed with wild fennel and mushroom.
