This lively Pet Nat comes from 12 tons of Cinsault grapes that are hand harvested from an organic farm in the heart of the Swartland. The wine is full of personality. Wild ferment, zero added sulphur, unfined, unfiltered.
Made from 20 year old dry farmed Chenin vines planted in soils of decomposed granite and shale, the grapes are handpicked and fermented spontaneously using naturally occurring yeasts. Bright, crisp, and clean.

As is the case when using small berries, this wine shows a voluptuous bouquet and a rich finish. The nose is spicy with a hint of white pepper, cloves, fresh tobacco & violets. The palate shows tones of mulberries, cherries and fynbos.
Four months in French oak. Jammy, with black fruits, it invokes soft lingerings of plum, cherry and spice and wisps of lingering French smoke. Your go-to black little number to-go.
What a gobsmacked version of what the Helderberg in Stellenbosch can offer! Opulent quince and guava with a hint of pineapple. Perfectly rounded off with a kiss of oak to add complexity and stability to be able to age for a very long time.
Notes • Vibrant chassis, tobacco and smoke, followed with a black fruit spectrum of fruits, and beautifully supported with oak and a lingering aftertaste.
Notes • Wonderful fruity aromas that are best served at 18 degrees. Opulent red fruit with a dark spectrum due to the dash of Petit Verdot. Integrated oak and acid causing a sensational wine that is the number one go-to for everyday enjoyment.
