The Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon displays beautiful, clean red fruit, notably raspberry, supported by hints of liquorice. The juicy red fruit carries through on the pallet and is supported by fine, ripe tannins that provide structure and depth.
The Limited Release Chardonnay, displays a lot of citrus, especially lime and grapefruit flavours that carry through to the palate. On the palate, the wine is crisp and fresh with a distinct flinty finish.
This naturally fermented Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour. Its delicate aromas merge lemon curd, tangerine, wet stone, toasted spices, and orange peel.
