To highlight the Barony Rosslyng Chardonnay’s expressive notes, the wine was left unoaked. This allows for the vibrant citrus, apple and gooseberry notes on the nose and creamy pineapple and ripe peaches on the palate.

This Sauvignon Blanc has tropical fruit flavours, green apple and passion fruit with hints of green pepper that has a long flavoursome finish.
