This wine represents a blend of terroirs with the grapes coming from the same 35-50 year old vines in the Swartland, Durbanville & Stellenbosch.
Whole bunch pressed, the juice underwent natural fermentation in 3rd fill French oak barrels.
Chenin Blanc is both the oldest and highest-elevation vineyard at Noble Hill. Natural fermentation in clay amphorae & concrete tanks yields delicate citrus aromas underlined by granite minerality.
With abundant fresh, citrus & tropical fruit on the nose, this a beautifully balanced wine which just leaps out of the glass.
A hint of oak lends a degree of complexity & texture & layers of fruit and straw linger on the palate. Exceptional value.
The name Cameo has many meanings but in philately it refers to a series of stamps depicting Queen Elizabeth II in silhouette or Cameo.
A fresh nose of green apple, quince and citrus. Full refreshing mouth feel with a long lingering finish.
Inviting aromas of pineapple, stone fruit and lime blossom with underlying floral notes.
A full, rich palate of citrus and spice leads into a long fresh honeyed finish.
Rich, upfront notes of pineapple and sweet orange blossom evolve to a fresh,
juicy midpalate with hints of lemon zest and white peach lingering on the

The grapes were harvested from the renowned Swartland region, where the conditions resulted in highly concentrated and flavoursome grapes.
An appealing light straw colour. Light with ripe, rounded fruit. Fresh floral nose and an exciting acid balance. Fermentation happened slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 18 days.
