A Classic White with aromas of oak with tropical and citrus fruit notes. Refreshingly crisp on the palates.
On the palate the initial impression is floral (heady honeysuckle) finishing with white peaches and apricots, with hints of citrus and a fresh acidity – great persistence promising enjoyment over at least five years.
French style honey nougat, studded with creamy, roasted Almonds & laced with the gentle flavours of white chocolate, olive oil & delicate vanilla seeds.

An organic, naturally made Swartland white blend of 77% Viognier, 9% Chenin Blanc, 8% Roussanne, & 6% Grenache Blanc, made with minimum intervention.
Generous aromas of white peach, hints of ripe pineapple, hay, & lime which follows on the palate.
The wine shows tropical fruit intensity from Chenin Blanc and ends in a lingering citrus finish, contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc, while the Semillon provides structure to complete the blend.

The 2017 vintage was rated 4.5 stars by Platter’s Wine Guide 2020 and received 94 points in the 2020 Tim Atkin Annual South African Report.
