This could for example be a financial manager, senior marketing strategist or even an entire team of software engineers. 1. SHORE works with trusted, leading recruitment businesses in Cape Town. We hand-select industry specialist recruiters, based on the roles and teams that our overseas client is looking to build. We then oversee the whole process and aggregate the outputs from the selected recruiters – to ensure our client only sees and interviews the candidates with the most suitable profiles. 2. To ensure seamless and compliant contracting, we partner closely with HireJustNow, who act as Employer of Record for all permanent hires. Rather than platform-based, global EORs HireJustNow is service-based and SA-focused. This means that overseas employers have local labour and hiring experts holding their hand from beginning to end, to ensure they are both de-risked and fully supported. This model allows us to work closely with overseas-based business leaders to ensure they achieve their business objectives.
