Nothing but fruit is the key word here. It has lots of strawberries, raspberries, ripe cherries and some hints of pineapple on the nose.
On the palate it is creamy with a medium acidity and low alcohol.
This Merlot shows notes of red forest berries, ripe plums with a slight cedar undertone.
The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc show complexity on the nose with hints of Grapefruit, granadilla, blackcurrant & guava on the nose.
On the palate the fresh acidity gives its backbone, with a very slight tannin structure that makes this wine fuller.

The palate is delicate, creamy and refined. The fruit components of the wine are pronounced upon the first sip, yet develop and evolve into a creamy
melange of beeswax and brioche.
White pear and citrus notes follow through on the palate. Fresh and zesty acidity with a textured and a creamy finish.
