Dark red with dark cherry core. Cassis and dark plums complimented by spice, vanilla & nutmeg. Juicy fruit with smooth rounded velvet texture. Oak barrel 16-18 months.
Good aging potential.
Dark plummy hue. Liquorice with some white pepper spice and a savoury aroma. Fruity with firm tannins adding some w eight with red fruit on the finish. The wine shows good balance and elegance. Aged in French barrels for 16-24 months.
The nose is driven by fresh stone fruit and citrus. The zesty minerality and acidity is imparted by amphora clay vessels. A delicate oak embraces a playful aromatics.
