The grapes were harvested at 23 degrees balling and 10% was whole bunch fermented. Fermentation lasted 10 days after which aging took place in old oak barrels for 11 months. The wine is fresh, elegant and fruit driven.
This Chenin blanc has a clear green tinged colour with aromas of guava and a tropical fruit bowl.
