Very elegant, has similar flavours to Tierhoek Chenin, but less sweet and really creamy. The grapes were taken from single vineyard planted in 1977. Fermented and aged in
old 300 litre French oak barrels for 6 months.
A fresh, elegant wine with a strong sense of place, displaying subtle notes of black cherry and spice on nose and palate, with lingering minerality. The wine is kept very pure to express Old bush vine Grenache.
Made from 100% Chardonnay grown at high altitude, some 760m above sea level. Lovely citrus and apple flavours on the palate as well as biscuit and brioche, well rounded off with a smooth creamy finish.
The wine has a lovely up-front fruit and perfume on the nose, while the palate is spicy and full bodied, with a long finish and great structure. Really matches well with meat dishes.

Traditional, Loire style Sauvignon Blanc made partly from old unirrigated bush vines and partly from younger, cooler-situated vines. Elegant and refined with subtle flavours of blackberry leaf, passion fruit and minerality.
100% Chenin Blanc, picked at normal ripeness then left to dry for 2-3 weeks on nets. The dried bunches are then pressed and racked into old French oak barrels where they can ferment for up to 6 months.
A Syrah dominated blend with Mourvedre and Grenache Noir and made in a Mediterranean style. Fantastic on it’s own or paired with food, great balance and soft structure.
Fermentation takes place in open stainless steel tanks and wild yeasts are used.
During fermentation, 2 pump overs a day are done. After 10 days, the wine is removed from the skins and transferred into 500-liter French oaks. (10% new)
Seductive nose
Grapes are handpicked early in the morning to keep the freshness of the grapes.
The must is settled and the alcoholic fermentation starts with wild yeasts in a stainless steel tank for 1 week, before to be transferred into 450L Rousseau Piano oaks
Hand picked and selection of cluster in the vineyard.
Directly pressed and kept cold for sedimentation for one night.

60% Cabernet Sauvignon – 40% Syrah
Grapes are handpicked at good maturity. Then, after three days of cold soak, the wine is fermented. Then matured in French oaks for 12 months to create a real complexity and freshness. Then blend before bottling.
Grapes are handpicked early in the morning and 1 week before other grapes for lower sugar and higher acidity.
Bunches are immediately whole pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel.
After 8 months in the tank the wine is racked, filtered
