Chenin Blanc is both the oldest and highest-elevation vineyard at Noble Hill. Natural fermentation in clay amphorae & concrete tanks yields delicate citrus aromas underlined by granite minerality.
Our Viognier is picked in a narrow window of ripeness to show delicate floral and stone fruit aromas.
This wine is naturally fermented and matured on the lees for 9 months in old oak barrels, yielding a focused palate and a creamy finish.
The Smokey tobacco and earthy notes set the dark scene of the Nomad’s betrayal and deceit. The Shiraz provides a spicey tone with just the right amount of Cabernet Sauvignon to balance the charm and seduction of the Nomad.
Golden hued and full bodied, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas. Layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance achieved between fruit and oak.
This is a fresh and fruity chenin blanc, and is characterized by bursts of flavour on the palate, fruit driven, typically of stone fruits like apricot, peach and pear accompanied by hints of pineapple.
Lots of juicy red berry, strawberry, earthy and elegant notes of pepper on the palate with hints of cloves, cardamom pod and smokiness. Well balanced with lively fine tannins and an elegant complexity on a long finish.
Attractive crimson hues, with scented aromas of red currants. The palate is medium-bodied and opulent, with finely textured tannins and flavours of red pastille sweets, bright cherries and a hint of spice.
The palate shows flavours of blackberry, ripe but restrained, red fruit and spice. The mid-palate is structured with fine-grained, supple tannins, vibrant yet integrated acidity. Lots of fruit and fresh, yet still retaining its spicy characteristics.
On the palate, the wine begins smoothly, rich in fruited notes, it smoothly progresses to hints of herbs, grapefruit and flowers, but with considerable complexity, enlivened by a brilliant acidity that gives it depth and extension.
